Had a great time with friends! The outdoor rooftop swimming pool was perfect for relaxing after exploring the local attractions. The gym was a bonus for keeping active during our stay. Just a heads-up, it has two entrances, so do check that out to avoid confusion!
One night, our room was noisy due to a party above us, and it took a while for the hotel staff to address the situation.

Comfortable Stay with Excellent Staff
I had a lovely experience during my stay, with exceptionally comfortable beds and friendly staff who were always ready to assist. The room was spacious, featuring a balcony with beautiful views, which added to the overall ambiance. However, the hotel could benefit from some modernization in its decor and amenities to elevate the guest experience further.

While the roof top pool and exceptional staff made the experience enjoyable, the outdated room furnishings and some maintenance issues were disappointing. It lacked basic amenities like water in the fridge and proper TV functionality, slightly tarnishing my overall impression.

The rooftop pool was a highlight of the stay, providing a lovely retreat despite some oddities like a lack of sun loungers and having to request towels from reception. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making for restful nights, and the location was convenient, just a short walk from popular spots. However, there was no in-room movie service, leaving limited options for entertainment, and the restaurant could use more variety in its menu offerings.

The spacious room featured excellent kitchen facilities and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast offered a variety of gluten-free options, and the early bird menu at Hector's was reasonably priced. However, the initial room lacked natural light, and the pool area wasn’t accessible due to the weather. Lastly, while staff were friendly, the dining choices at other times were limited compared to breakfast.

great access to parks and popular landmarks for city walks
I loved how spacious and beautifully decorated my room was. The rooftop pool was simply amazing at night, making it a great unwind spot after a day of exploring. as someone who enjoys walking through cities, being just a few steps from Albert Park and around 1 km from Viaduct Harbour made it easy to soak in the local sights quickly. The hotel also offers a lovely dining option right onsite with Azure, which was a convenient way to enjoy a meal after trudging through the city all day, but the parking fees were a bit steep at $45 a night.
